Adrian, an accomplished professional, has been an integral part of RealizeArch since 2015. He possesses a wealth of educational and practical experience that has shaped his career in architecture and engineering.

 

Adrian earned his Master's degree in Architecture from the prestigious New Jersey Institute of Technology, further complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Nassau Community College. During his pursuit of his Master's degree, Adrian demonstrated his dedication to academia by serving as a Teaching Assistant in Building Systems and Structures courses. In this role, he specialized in the intricacies of mathematical modeling and computer simulation, leveraging cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. This emphasis on precision and innovation also led him to excel in a Steel Design Competition, where he harnessed concepts and methodologies to create BIM-centric designs.

Adrian's expertise extends to multidisciplinary architectural practice, including his involvement in post-Sandy recovery housing projects with organizations like Build it Back and NY Rising in Breezy Point, Gerritsen Beach, and Long Beach, New York. Furthermore, he is actively engaged in luxury residential projects in Hewlett Harbor and Manhasset. His skills extend to the development of structural wall assemblies and the conversion of warehouses into storage units, with a strong focus on meticulous detailing.

 

Notably, Adrian has obtained a DOB Expediting II License, which signifies his fluency in Department of Buildings codes and procedures. His dedication to his field and multifaceted expertise have made him an invaluable asset to RealizeArch and the architectural community at large.
